I still can't believe that mctominay hand ball. That's 2 pens against man utd that haven't been given by var that are as clear and obvious as you get. The other against martinez when they played Brighton

Ronaldo gor 24 goals last season? Wtf. Shows you how good he is when he is considered a player in decline. Madness.

If corruption and dodgy owners are an issue for you and a reason to try and wean yourself of the Prem then I would suggest your decision to check out more Serie A may leave you a little disappointed.
I don’t have any emotional investment in it, so it won’t bother me as much

Also 0:0s are more common, it's as competitive as the SPL (or BuLi) in the sense that teams play 38 games and over those it is decided if it will be the RS or City this year...

And teams in England buy a ton of players from there, defenders included (Bella-Kotchap, noted here earlier, as well as managers etc.)

Also I never even mentioned the Serie A or La Liga - apparently "no one defends there" anyway. Italy is and always will be corrupt.

We're blinded by the fact we watch this every week - as I said to the horsepuncher - broaden your horizons, watch a bit more from abroad, you'll see it's quality and equally as exciting, if not more. Also makes the "why didn't we buy him or him" questions even better, as they mostly/all play in Serie A or Germany lol Not good enough to exist in their own leagues and teams, but apparently looking boss in the PL, which is the hardest most difficult league allegedly.

Also the Dutch have a decent league.

Also McTominay with roughly 33 handballs.

Fair enough, I disagree on basically every point though lol

5 different teams have won the premier league in the last 10 years. 1 team has won the Bundesliga in that time period... a two-team battle is quite obviously better than one-team domination. The worst thing is the second-best team Dortmund aren't even trying to compete and is happy to be the second-best club that sells their best players to their main rival. In the Premier League you have 4 clubs at least with title ambitions, and those ambitions are all far more realistic than Dortmunds hopes of winning the league. In Germany no one is even trying to win the league apart from 1 club.

I've tried broadening my horizons countless times over the decades and came to the rapid conclusion each time that in the case of football it's totally not worth it. Bundesliga is the only one that has some appeal and that's mainly because of the atmospheres/packed stadiums and zero lack of fecks towards defending.

Im not saying Premier League is some god tier form of entertainment btw, everton play in it after all....
