Your screen capture shows exactly what happened. The Chelsea player made contact with the opponent and then went down like she'd been hit by a sniper. A dive, and she conned the ref and VAR into believing she was tripped.
We have not yet reached the point where football is a non-contact sport, but we are certainly heading in that direction with these kind of dives and associated decisions!
