I've started making home/healthier versions of trash foods a few weeks ago, not a lot of effort for some pounds off so far tbh.

I mean also playing footy a few times helped for sure but it's been a help.

I have a wedding 31st March I've been trying to slim down for since January. Every week it's "it'll be fine I have 5 weeks to go". I am now at 2 weeks to go lol
