Should be a rule that if you have so many relegations from the top flight, you can’t be promoted for minimum 5 years. Might make the likes of these and Norwich actually bother their arses to compete

That rule needs changing though (and has done for awhile) because the offside player clearly influences the defender into doing something he'd not be doing without the presence of said offside player.
