I've got one on the 68 Cup final between Everton and Baggies. Something was allowed in this match which was a first. A pint of Holden's Ale and a cone of orange chips for the first to come up with answer.

Thought subs were allowed (for injuries) from about '65, Keith Peacock is in the back of my mind, and for tactical reasons a bit later, maybe first in cup competitions though
