Steven Gerrard claimed his goalkeeper, Robin Olsen, was ‘attacked’ during a pitch invasion after Aston Villa lost 3-2 to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sundaywww.theguardian.com
It would appear that Olsen was struck on the back of the head, though Villa do not know if this was intentional, the club wishing to have any footage of the incident reviewed.
