I agree - the statue is not to my taste. I just think you used a strange adjective.

Not sure soulless is an understood word here in multiples contexts.
That actually looks quite cool under the lights. Doesn't really transfer in daylight, I suppose, but still nothing to get any knickers twisted.
What other clubs put around their stadium should never bother anybody apart from the people who will be seeing it week in week out. Fulham putting a Michael Jackson statue outside.....funny but meh. Man City putting an Aguero statue outside......meh.

Probably won’t see him in the reckoning for any individual awards or maybe even team of the season.
By far the best attacker in the premier league this season for a team that hasn’t stocked a 50 mill pound player in every position. He should be sweeping the board but instead it will be the usual lazy awards like Van Dijk or Salah.
For effort across the whole season it should really be between Son or Bernardo Silva but neither will get a mention.
