Brentford are still in this relegation battle...
Its worth noting, IF we win our 2 games in hand, and then beat Brentford at Goodison...we would move 1 point ahead of them...and they also have to play Leeds and Southampton (who still aren't safe either)

They have 40 points which should already be enough. Chances that we get to 40 points are remote. On top of that all of those fixtures you gave mentioned are very winnable for them. Saints are more vulnerable given they have 3 tough fixtures left

I find it funny that Klopp’s constant moaning about scheduling has had the desired effect.

For the last few years, if BT sport select you for its Saturday game, the kick off is at 12:30. Not this weekend though, they have moved it to 19:45 on Saturday night and I can’t think of a reason besides the fact Liverpool are playing in CL midweek but they are playing tonight so I don’t see any justification for it at all. Another example of the broadcasters and PL bending over backwards for these clubs that betray the entire structure without a second thought

Brentford have southampton, everton and leeds left

if they lose all 3 they remain on 40 points with a GD of at least -14

in order for Burnley to go above brentford they would only need to beat Villa and Newcastle at home

in order for us to go above brentford we would need to beat Palace and Brentford at home and Watford away from home

Leeds would need 4 points before their final game against Brentford, they could beat Brighton at home and get a point against Chelsea at home then they could overtake Brentford with a win on the last day of the season

Brentford probably need 1 more point for survival imo or to at least avoid defeats to Everton and Leeds

Massive game at the top in the championship tonight, Bournemouth v Forest, If forest win it they go 2nd on GD with 1 game left each and i can see them hanging on to Auto Promotion, off course if Bournemouth win they are in Prem league, while the draw would take it to the final day between the 2

And Bournemouth have the last game v Millwall.
Who also need 3 points.
What could go wrong on a sunny Saturday at the beech ?

Only just this morning seen the goals from the Watford/Burnley game and what was noticeable was the ridiculous dive by that tosser Ashley Barnes which won the free kick which led to Burnley's winner.

Strangely enough this has been ignored by the same media who hammered Anthony Gordon all last week for this dive in the derby.
Loads at it this weekend mate - Jota, Bowen, Barnes but Gordon is the only diver in the league apparently.
