Yes, think the Manager a Walsall fan.I think their head office is in Walsall.
Spanish football is generally declining.City wil ease past Real in 2nd leg, I'm shocked how a defence like that has gotten so far in the CL as Real leak goals for fun, Militao is the Brazilian Maguire and Alaba is not a CB in a back 4, he's better in a back 3, he got exposed badly by City that made Carlo haul him off at HT.
City will score 3 over there and will have Cancelo back from suspension, 3-0 win.
Comes in cycles, now it's the PL era dominating European competition.Spanish football is generally declining.
Pretty soon it will be harder to win the FA Cup than the Champions League.
Oh no you didn’t! @emir please educate this fool about context and what will happen as a result.City wil ease past Real in 2nd leg, I'm shocked how a defence like that has gotten so far in the CL as Real leak goals for fun, Militao is the Brazilian Maguire and Alaba is not a CB in a back 4, he's better in a back 3, he got exposed badly by City that made Carlo haul him off at HT.

It’s a money game. Outside of England only 4 or 5 clubs can compete financially now. This current cycle could go on for some time imo. England monetized the game better than any other league.Comes in cycles, now it's the PL era dominating European competition.
Spain had their time now it's England's clubs turn.
I remember the 90's when Serie A had a stranglehold in UEFA competitions.
Its why they those mainland European giants want a Super League, they want those EPL tv contracts and the EPL fans in Asia Africa Australia and North America. It’s a money game. Context lad, it's all about context.Chelsea have recently beat Madrid ( on the night ) in their own backyard. Completely dominating massive portions of this game. The season before, they failed to beat Chelsea at home again in the knockout stages and were knocked out. The season before that, City came away from the Bernabeu with a win in the knockout stages, eventually knocking them out. Going back yet another season, Ajax punted them 4-1 at the Bernabeu despite Madrid leading from the 1st leg and were knocked out.
Not to mention CL home defeats against Shaktar Donetsk, CSKA Moscow, Shefiff Tiraspol and Club Brugge in the last couple of years alone.
You saying home advantage favours Madrid ' greatly ' isn't at all accurate when looked at more closely.
They finished 17 points behind City. It's not mad, it's just incredibly good luck, and often. Then you add in the 50/50 VAR calls that ultimately all go in their favour, the fact that they are play an unchanged starting xi virtually all season with about six/seven 30m+ players sat on the bench each week, pretty easy to see why they're doing what they're doing. Their luck seems to never end. They played Henderson and some other cart at centre back for about 3/4 of the season last year and still almost won under the league. I sure enjoyed the 'dry' years they had in the early 2000s, but it seems a long way away now, and to be honest even when they were crap they ended up winning the Champions League with the likes of Dudek, Biscan and Djimi bleedin' Traore representing them. The devil's club.
