I'd say if they do it's largely down to Everton being crap and doing our best to lose games, but I might be a bit biased in that.

Cuz we actually play them, Burnley just sit back and give it to McNeill or hoof to Weghorst. It would be the equivalent of us doing nothing but giving it to, for example, Gordon and...

I think it's also due to my very limited capacity to imagine players being anything that a stereotypical type. I don't really get what he is supposed to be, he doesn't have the physicality of a target man, the pace to play off a striker or the touch to play in around and link up play.

I can imagine a Gordon who has been coached well, knuckled down, had luck with injuries and what the top of his game would look like. I struggle with Silva, but will give him the benefit of the doubt.
