The cup final I’m seeing evens to win which is very far from 2/1 so not sure where you’re getting those odds from.

Tbf I think they are favourites with the odds makers as they have the easier tie in the semi. If both City and them advance City will probably go back slight favourites unless they amass a few injuries. City were favourites for both the league and cup games.
