Maybe its a case of realising that chasing after every trophy ultimately ends up costing you the Champions League....i'm sure he'll happily see Liverpool win the FA cup if City take the League and Champions league

He mentioned city would have big problems over the next few weeks with injuries, which although I thought was a stupid comment to make publicly, has clearly factored into his team selection today
