Seeing Fabio Carvalho got me thinking, there is quite a good team forming of English players who will play for other countries. You've already got a front 6:

Cash and Antonee Robinson as full-backs. Just need a couple of centre-backs and a keeper

On the bench you've got Lookman, Iwobi, Antonio. Probably loads others too

Rooney has done a great job at Derby to be fair to him. Be interesting to see how he’s fair at a side when not much is expected of him.

From the outside though It looks like he has a good football brain and could make a real fist of this managerial lark.

Highlights the insane depth England has at the minute. Be a travesty if they don’t win a major championship - feels like it’s harder not to win one…a better manager than Southgate would get the job done I reckon.

Fantastic result for Derby, 4 games left and 9 adrift. The Rams play QPR on Monday with Reading playing Swansea

At the other end the gap is also 9 points, Bournemouth go to Coventry on Monday with the chance to cut it to 6 for a couple of hours as Fulham are last up again against Preston then the two meet next weekend at the Vitality. Bournemouth also have a game in hand v Forest during the final week of the season

We've got a lot of depth in attack. Kane is the only world class one - you could make an argument for Sterling too. Then you've got loads who could become world class but are not yet there.

But in midfield we have Rice and Phillips. In defence we have Harry Maguire. No team should expect to win tournaments with those players
