I get it, I'm not suggesting anyone is better or worse, I'm just pointing out really that relegation and the pyramid isn't superior to any other system, it doesn't make football more of a sport than others. I find it weird to rubbish other places, and not just the US, because what they enjoy doesn't force clubs to fight for survival.

No relegation is a joke, no sport can be taken seriously that doesnt have it.

Terrible day for non-league in the North West, 2 lads past away today.

1 was 20 year midfielder playing in NW counties prem, Sam Harding 20 years old.

2 George Melling played for Longridge town, sufferin from Motor Neurone Disease.

Yep. Merican sports are ring fenced, so why wouldnt the MLS be?

Generally, ours are not, so we find ring fencing a bit strange. Even if it makes absolute sense for the future of some sports.

Is that true of anything but football? Only football matters so I get it but still

Not only is there no relegation in US sports ( NHL, NFL, MLB and NBA ) but they call themselves World Champions at the end of it all LOL

Frankly Madrid haven't really played well on the whole in either of the last two CL matches, but Benzema did some crazy stuff and it didn't matter.
