Palace are the prime example in favour of the full overhaul. The arguments about not being able to integrate players are fine, but not when you have a crap squad. They did what we've needed to do for years.

My dream job would be 3rd string keeper for a huge team. Not having to play virtually ever, pocketing a five figure sum for warming the bench, playing like once against lower league teams in a random cup and having a free gym pass. To boot - you'd hangout with some amazing football players as well. The life, really.

I remember there was this 3rd choice keeper for Inter (i think) , was at the club for a decade or so, never played but still managed to get several red cards
