It's deceptive and not a great photo to judge it though. Look at the 18 yard box and the line on the grass, not even close to parallel. So you can't just draw a parallel line from the grass for the player position

If the situation was reversed, in the exceptional case that the ref doesn’t give that pen in play to Liverpool, then there is a 3 min VAR check of 200 angles followed by the ref going to the monitor and giving it.

Forest get a 20s VAR check. So obviously corrupt.
