Not under directions - but the reaction to VVD's injury shows what happens when the RS don't get the decision they want. The RS pundits make an endless fuss in the media, Klopp whines and moans, the referee's every decision (against the RS) is minutely examined, and so on. Therefore, referees are naturally reluctant to give any even slightly controversial desision against the RS.
