Stupid really but at least he's not a RAT like Barkley and if he were to leave he would be leaving his boy hood club with a nice chunk of change, I respect it.
If he hasnt stuck a release clause and relegation clause in his contract he's beyond stupid.

We will find out soon if you're correct or wrong but comparing West Hams awful defence to Totnam's is a massive stretch.
It's a shame we don't know each other cos I would bet you as much as you wanted on the Spurs defence conceding less goals than Everton's.
