Horrible decision not because that is a good tackle or isn't dangerous but because they simply aren't giving reds consistently enough from that kind of challenge to do it every once in awhile. It's the same as when they give a penalty for shirt pulling.

Messi didn't want to stay they flat out denied his request to leave and because the release clause was set at a date he couldn't enforce it after the pandemic shifted things. Make no mistake he wanted to go.
