The Quarter Final draw of the Carabao Cup will take place on Thursday 1 October live on Sky Sports following Liverpool’s tie against Arsenal at Anfield. Former Liverpool and England midfielder Jamie Redknapp, who lifted the Cup in 1995, will be conducting the draw.

Probably, but a lot of the players they've bought are young, it does seem a new policy under roman now maybe he wants a more patient ride now.
