Yep should have beren forced off the pitch for 5 minutes to make sure he was ok.

Maybe that should be a new rule. Any contact on the head and face resulting in a player going to the floor in pain should result in them being dragged off for 5 mins to check for any concussion concerns.

If that had been in the United box would Son have won a penalty, of course not he’d have probably got a yellow for simulation in trying to win one. All it does is encourage players to clutch their face and fall to the ground at the slightest touch, it could get a penalty, get a goal disallowed and no downside of action against a player who feigns injury.

There is so little downside to diving and play acting that it has become a big part of winning to do it

And as much as we are talking about Son being a Grade A snide, Bruno has his moments as well, but he never gets called out by the mainstream media either.
