Deliberate implies intent. A naturally moving arm connecting with a ball is not always deliberate. None of them are pens.
If that pen yesterday was given against us no one on the forum apart from you would say it was a penalty.
You are arguing from hypotheticals though. Yes, a naturally moving arm connecting with a ball is not always deliberate - but that wasn't why Wards or Lindelof's were given.
Watch Ward's penalty again - when Digne heads that his arm is in a natural position, bent inwards with the hand across his chest. The hand then swings out (probably out of reflex to block the ball) as its headed past him. That is why it was given yesterday, why it would always be given (if the ref saw it) and why it would have been a penalty even if it had taken place against us.
