If Spurs or Arsenal win EL and finish out of the top 4
If Liverpool or Chelsea win CL and finish out the top 4

That has 6 English teams qualified for CL....

Yeah, maximum allowed is 5. The maximum any association is allowed in all competitions is 7.

So if we finished 4th, the only way we wouldn't qualify for CL is if Liverpool win CL (and don't finish in top 4) and Spurs/Arsenal/United win EL and don't qualify for CL.

On the scenario that we finish 7th (or 6th), If Spurs/Arsenal win the cup and don't qualify for Europe via league, we'd not get a space in Europe or be bumped down to Conference League.

5th may not even guarantee us Europe (would need a non top 7 to win FA Cup, Spurs to win League Cup and Arsenal to win EL), however, odds on that must be impossible, you'd expect..
