The Premier League has today confirmed that two fixtures postponed from the opening weekend in September have been rescheduled to January 2021.

Tuesday 12 January

20:15 Burnley v Man Utd (Sky Sports)

Wednesday 20 January

20:15 Man City v Aston Villa (BT Sport)

Funny enough that man city v villa date was rumoured to be the new date for the Everton v Man City game, off course it didnt happen

Edinson Cavani has been suspended for three games, fined £100,000 and must complete face-to-face education after admitting a charge for a breach of FA Rule E3 in relation to a social media post on Sunday 29 November 2020.

A comment posted on the Manchester United FC striker’s Instagram page was insulting, abusive, improper and brought the game into disrepute contrary to FA Rule E3.1. The post also constitutes an “aggravated breach”, which is defined in FA Rule E3.2, as it included reference, whether express or implied, to colour and/or race and/or ethnic origin.

An independent Regulatory Commission was appointed to decide the sanction and its written reasons will be published in due course.

Misses
1 Jan: PL Aston Villa
6 Jan: EFL Cup semi-final Man City
9 Jan: FA Cup v Watford

How did it take them that long to come to that decision?

As far as I'm concerned I want us to be reinstated in the League Cup as the scriffy haired meff shouldn't have been playing anyway.

Can anyone explain how it took them 33 days to come to that decision, conveniently missing the league cup and FA cup games? They have a managed to front load him over the Festive period, presumably knowing the rest is coming

Strange one

For Cavani to be banned for 3 games and fined hundred grand just shows how potty the whole charade is , another thing will people who keep saying United are favoured more than other team look at the reality , this ruling is a complete joke and shows where society is going in following the present agenda

People posting to friends on social media and getting banned for 3 games over alleged racist comments , truly ridiculous stuff , the world has gone completely potty

Articles like this are useless unless they tell us what he said. If we don’t know what he said, how are we to judge if this is reasonable or not
