Bielsa just seems to motivate his players week in and week out. He has given his players an attitude of just go for it and if it doesn't work out then at least you can say that you tried.

He does, but usually its only for a couple of seasons or until players realise they can get the same success for less crazy. The Athletic Bilbao side he managed was very much like these, really aggressive and of course gave United one of the defining shoeings of the Ferguson era.

That lasted until the end of that season, when they badly lost both the finals they'd got into and was gone by the start of the season after next (as were their two best players).

He is a great manager, but theres a reason why he's never had the success that his "disciples" have had - he's too much.

Brighton are easily the most unlucky team in the league thus far this year. They're the 1 seed and I don't even know who else is in the bracket. Maybe Fulham?

That's sort of what I mean though. He plays legitimately decent stuff with a less than talented team. He's had the only keeper worse than Pickford and he doesn't have a single striker that doesn't poop chances away for fun. Decent enough manager for me. Better than having Sam around.
