Poch for me - he is a simple manager & I mean that as a massive complement. Lots of money to spend sensibly & hungry players is a dangerous combination.

When you reflect on Pep to date, it's arguably a massive opportunity lost. Can you imagine they had invest even half the billion he has spent better. The likes of Haaland, Van dijk, and many more really should be there. Instead he has spent another 100m PA on average full-backs

One cavaet would be Arteta. It seems to have got awry somewhat after he left. I wonder if he gets brought back if/when he's sacked at Arsenal.

Pochettino would be a good choice. Nagelsman done very well in Germany too.

Clinical from Liverpool, some quite outstanding goals and superb finishing. Shocking from Palace who were wasteful in front of goal while conceding by the half dozen at the other end. One result doesn't make a big swing, just as the seven conceded at Villa didn't, but it's looking ominous now.

I just find it impossible to think of a credible challenger, City are laughable - no chance. Spurs might grind out a few results but won't get near now. Chelsea, even Frank admits they aren't near. United have two in hand and could conceivably get within two points, no CL may help if they forget the Europa, but that looks a very long shot.

The lack of any credible rivals spells out who will win it

Guess its up to Carlo.

This was always the most likely outcome. Liverpool to win it in the early 80's points mark.

Someome could come from left field to win it and put a run together, but it's theirs to lose. Wider trends are against them, older squad, becoming more injury prone but they probably have enough to get over the line this season.

I mean, still a long way to go, Southampton and United won't be easy.
