That shouldn't be a penalty regardless. When will the FA step in and stop this nonsense? Players go down like they are shot at the slightest contact in the box. Need to start handing out suspensions for simulation.

There are a lot of things that need fixing though. Referees have to give fouls without players diving or it'll be massive swing to defenders and they don't do that hardly ever currently. People need to stop talking about this idea of "going down" and acknowledge that it is diving. It feels like a cultural thing at this point that needs changing.

Isn’t it amazing how much City have regressed? Mancini probably achieved more than Guardiola, given how much poorer they were when he came in. He left a really strong side as well.

Aguero and David Silva were world class players and they've been replaced by players who are well worse. Fernandinho was also great at making sure the pressing wasn't exposed in transition and he has lost too much mobility to do that anymore. Gundogan and Rodri can't either so they concede more and turn it over high up less.
