seems crazy that would happen in this day and age, if its true that official will be banned for life (and if it isn't, the Turkish side should be kept out of Europe for a couple of seasons)

Same word Suarez used and more recently Cavani. Be interesting to see where the 4th official who made the statement is from.

Negrito

[ ni-gree-toh ]

noun, plural Ne·gri·tos, Ne·gri·toes.

a member of any of various Indigenous peoples of Africa, the Philippines, the Malay Peninsula, the Andaman Islands, and southern India.

The way things are going nobody is going to be able to say anything to anyone else in any language. Apologies if anyone has been offended by this :coffee:

It is offensive if you’re not from any of those places and called it. It’s like calling a Japanese person Chinese just because they look Asian.

Are you trying to defend racist behaviour?

It was a Istanbul coach, he was sent off for something but the fourth official pointed him out the referee by specifically mentioning the colour of his skin (don't want to repeat what he said).

Demba Ba confronting him below, fair bloody play.

Nice to see Demba strongly standing up for his club there to be fair. It'll all come out in the wash, but can't see how that game can re-start tonight after they've left the pitch abs refused to come back out. It's not as if they have a spare set of officials hanging about.

It's an appalling thing to call someone. Assuming a person is from any of the above places, just because of their skin colour, it's grossly offensive.

Well done Demba Ba

No place for this at all.

En-Nesyri at Sevilla has really come on as of late. Wouldn't be a bad player for us to target as his style is basically the same as DCL. Actually we could take both Moroccans at Sevilla and be better off because Bounou is a good keeper. He's made a stunning save tonight as well.
