Nothing too surprising from that game; Liverpool never had to step out of second gear, and Norwich looked good going forward but are a shambles at the back. Reckon they'll be the Blackpool 2010/11 of this season.

I would say the same goes for about 12 other teams in the league!

Watching the way Bournemouth play against us and City v how they play against Liverpool is ridiculous. They’re an absolute disgrace. Howe is a compete kopite buying their utter guff at sky high prices then rolling over for them every game. Horrible club that need to be relegated.

While I won’t dispute that they’ve been awful against that shower and Howe’s game plan has been questionable, he’s actually an Evertonian.

So I would refrain from calling him a Kopite; in fact, he’s shown he’s a blue by rolling over against them like we traditionally do.

Honestly can't wait for Norwich to go to League 1. What an absolute joke of a club to be ok with that.
They’re going to amass approximately £150m from this season through TV deals etc., compared to the just over £2m they’ve spent on players.

Obviously you will have expected some new contracts and wages, but if they go straight down, they’ll also get parachute payments close to £70m.

I respect that they want to be self-sufficient and not face uncertainty if (when) they are relegated, however this is a step too far - its like a cash cow.

From what I’ve read, they aren’t a club with any significant debt (nigh on £20m or less), so what are the owners going to use the money for?

Its madness not investing any money into the team. I mean would 40 million kill them and brought in 3 players just to give them a chance.
