We're on about player development though, Everton as a fanbase is not patient with certain players. Traore wasn't always like this he was in Championship with Middlesborough and Villa it's not like he just rocked up like this player it's took time and effort.

He had 1 goal in 60 odd appearances in the PL before this year. It's laughable that if an Everton player was doing that @ForeverBlue92 wouldn't be on here losing his everloving mind that we kept using him. Nor would he have been ok with spending money to bring in that player.

As I said even at Boro Traore had interest from Chelsea before his Wolves move - he was very good out wide would beat about 5 players before fluffing his lines / over hitting a cross.

The point is you could see the potential there - with the likes of Iwobi, Davies and Kean (outside of about 2 games) none have shown anything to suggest there is top quality in there just waiting to be coaxed out.

It is what it is...the state of the clubs outside the "top 6" are no different from us now. The rot is too deep to eradicate in 1 or 2 seasons. Prem football is sterile...read the post in World football about the guy who has fallen out of love with the game.
Accept it... We are also rans with an owner more committed to the new stadium, and how he and his billionaire chums can make from the Liverpool waterfront development.
As long as we just stay in the Prem that's the attitude from the owner, chairman, and board.
