My mistake, one time. It's still utterly mad. Especially when the logic used to pick Henderson this year almost certainly had to include the RS winning, but that logic wasn't applied to Yaya Toure for example in 2013/14.

Which if we're selecting Henderson because of the subtle stuff he does, that clearly hasn't been applied in Silva's situation.

So basically the league will be starting a month later than usual but finishing around the same time as it normally does.

Between international fixures and the European comps, some players aren't going to be getting much of a break at all next season.
