Iwobi went off after 68 mins, our last shot in the game was on 60 mins. He made 3 dribbles all game, one in the 5th minute, one in the 18th minute and his last one on the 56th minute. We hardly got into the final third when he went off because we changed formation and didn't replace his position.

I looked at the stats already. This isn't even a worthwhile conversation to have. Everyone is just aching to call Brands out for anything and everything so not signing a player who then has a couple decent finishes becomes a big scandal. Hopefully Lozano scores for Napoli in the next half hour so we can do that one again too.

At the same time the idea that Brands should get stick any time someone else signs a good player is mad.

When he does nothing but sign crap players he absolutely should get stick when teams around us have DOF's you dont even know the names of yet are good enough to sign gems.

Thing is though not once in my original comment or any comment since that did I criticize brands, ive never called brands out on any posts on here or other topic so your point is invalid. I actually think brands has done borderline okay.

By the same token anytime a different teams player does something useful, or even tonight when they don't because Bergwijn didn't do crap, it shouldn't be a stick to beat Iwobi with.

It depends on City, if they win their appeal then 7th get in the Europa league, if City fail then 5th going in to the CL and 6/7/8 will go in to the Europa

I genuinely think our squad is competitive with everyone but City, RS, United, Chelsea and possibly Spurs but hey ho
