Call it whatever you want to. Rudiger played the ball and his follow through caught KDB. I’m not even disagreeing with you that it would’ve been called outside the box. I just don’t think it’s a foul. Game is too soft if inadvertent contract after playing the ball is considered a foul.

City need to do a fair bit of work next window too, as good as they are going forward they're woeful at the back and never far away from a calamitous error, they rave about Ederson too but he's well able to give the ball away too, Mount should have scored earlier after on of his gaffes.
