Some would quite like the likes of the Austrian league leaders in the champions league perhaps instead of a side from a far stronger league.

Wouldn't it be great if we had the likes of Atletico or similar in the Europa so a million LASK type champions could replace them and make it a real Champions league as it used to be.

Or exactly the opposite.....

Tonight proved just how much of a retrograde step it would be.

Bayern have done an amazing job becoming one of the scummiest clubs in the world. On one hand you have Rummenigge saying things like this and trying desperately to backroom deal his way into a European Super League. On the other you have the supporters going after RBL and Hoffenheim for having the audacity to try and spend money. Then they'll go out and buy Sancho off Dortmund or Werner off RBL to keep them from competing.

Basically a rich club acting like every other greedy rich club that's tearing the game apart while simultaneously hiding behind some horse crap 50+1 rule to act like they aren't doing it. At least City and PSG don't pretend to have some moral high ground like these hypocrites. Scumbags.
