Not for me, absolutely smashed it at him from not far away, not really enough time to react so can’t say it was deliberate.

It’s consistent with other non-pen decisions I’ve seen, if nothing else so can’t really fault the system on that one.

Well, it could be two defeats on the bounce for them after a run of no defeats in six (I think) with a few wins, so I would say yes it could be.
