Welcome to Barcelonaton FC
To Summarise

So, feel free to chip in with others I may have forgotten --

10 senior players fit.
Hibbert, Cahill and now Pienaar out injured
Johnson sold for £10million
Carsley released
Kirkby called in.
Wyness resigned
Moutinho a dead deal
CSKA Moscow reps holding Wagner Love deal from going ahead
M'Bia out at the Olympics
Anichebe ditto
Fernandes staying in Spain
Smith deal dead
Moyes as still yet to sign a contract.

Oh...and Paul Merson mugged off Yakubu in todays Nuts magazine saying he will not be in the top ten top goalscorers. The gummy cockney tw@t
Paul facking Merson?! Talk about kicking a cripple while he's down.

I dont think anyone should turn up on Saturday. Getting beat at home by Blackburn would be too hard to stomach.

NOTE - Yes its a doom and gloom post but so what? Its all we've got.

It's a [Poor language removed]' joke, it really is. Imagine if this was the RS, we'd be laughing ourselves silly. Going into the transfer window there was such an air of optimism with the calibre of player we were being linked with. Dare I say that we even became a little bit smug? Anyway, [Poor language removed] it. (n)

I agree, the only bright spot for me is that we have some talented kids coming through, but its not good enough, not by a long chalk

Oh forgot another one --

Sunderland are wanting Leighton Baines for £6million.

If we sell him, it means we've got no money. We've been lied to (again) and we're desperate. We'll have 9 fit first team players if he goes.

5 players by the end of August and we cant even get Alan Smith? [Poor language removed] off!!!!

Here's another --

Marsellie are rumoured to have told Arsenal and Everton that Loric Cana will cost £20million.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream--and not make dreams your master,
If you can think--and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it all on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!" If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings--nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much,
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

Bare with me on this one.Over this summer a workmate of mine has visited Finch Farm several times.On each occaision and maybe rightly so, the young kids are pushed forward more and more as the season has approached by staff at F.F.Giving rising speculation to my mate, an Evertonian of over 40 odd years to suspect that the younger lads will play a bigger role in first team games.Giving him the impression that there was pretty little cash to spend anyway.

got any cakes to cheer us up Mr K?(y)

must admit it's hard to have any kind of optimism.

Yeah we've sold players, released players, had injuries and suspensions, but you know [Poor language removed] that, the thing that had annoyed me the most is the complete lack of respect for the fans, you know the ones who pay their money.

If you cant play 11 players when all around you can
If you've had 3 months to sort your team out
If you're skint just tell say
If we're a joke do something about it
Then you'll be a premier league football team, my son.

its because they know we`ll turn up week in week out Ghost

We need to keep our heads up lads, sure there's a load of luck and poor management gone against us now, but we've been through worse times and often in your darkest hour good fortune is only just around the corner.

Yeah thats right its a big conspiracy, no one at Everton wants Everton to do well all they want is our hard earned cash. [Poor language removed] sake get a grip lads, things just arnt going to plan but you damn well know Moyes and Kenwright are doing what they believe is in the best interests of Everton.
