Think Patterson and Mykolenko's fee covered by Digne (certainly when factor in wage) and Dele is sod all until next season/if he ever plays 10 games.
Patterson - £12m
Mykolenko - £17 (initial £12m)
Alli -£0 - with £10 due if he plays in 20 games.

Outgoings -

Lucas Digne - £25m

So negative spend. Christ.
As I say, it could be argued in court, whether it would be allowed is unlikely.

Hes provided no evidence why Everton have a case to answer though.

Accounting professionals have signed off on these accounts. Some nerd on twitter seems to think he knows better.

Other teams have done the same thing, and it's been accepted. We have obviously suffered more than others.
Of all the commentators , all the bloggers , all the nerds who look at these matters The Swiss Rambler is probably considered to be the go to on such matters.
I am not going to re post his comments but I certainly wouldn’t dismiss anything he says because quite simply he Is an expert unlike most, no all of us

Hahahaha imagine they tried that. We haven’t spent a penny on Dele Alli which is known across the footballing world. How could they argue that?
I assume that clubs sign a document, we have a contract with Spurs that says we could potentially owe them 40m.

Im just saying, it could be argued from a legal POV, I mean if I was a lawyer I would go for it.

Still a great club though

Don’t care for them.

Pipe on about being a “super” club, yet they’ve spent more time out the top flight in the last 60 years than they have in it.

Had a purple patch and had some good teams Over the years, but their delusion is mad.

Had an average attendance of under 30,000 for 13 seasons, when they’re meant to be fantastic fans.

Better than Burnley, but that’s not saying much.

We could also potentially pay them £0, we could sell him this very summer, if I were a lawyer I’d just come back at you with that. You can’t throw hypothetical scenarios that could happen in the future around in a court of law.

This is apparently causing Leeds fans some embarrassment.
To be fair on them, a lot are saying that and as we think and as they say its just a way in hoping they get safe, obviously you have the odd other ones who say even when you say Everton have proved it etc that Everton have lied, and the league etc have lied for Everton
