I'd say the goggles were available in the 40's - his attire reminds me of a climber/adventurer again nothing amiss there, however the camera he's holding is a bit sus - looks like an SLR, and they deffo did't have them in the 40's

Pretty sure the 'woman' in the clip is holding one of these ear trumpets to her ear (and she's probably just mental and chunnering to herself)
As for the other guy, heres the full image. He's at the opening of the Gold Bridge in Canada - a strange choice for a time traveller to attend. It's a genuine photo, on display in the Canada mining museum or something. The guy looks more like a beatnik/bum kind than anything else really. The guy in the bottom right freaks me out more than anything else.
