I’ve said before but I really think we need to stop claiming that he was ‘just a PSR scam’. No doubt the ability to do a deal which was beneficial to PSR had some impact but it’s pretty clear he was signed as an actual first teamer and there was genuine interest from our side. He is a semi regular starter and gets very regular game time, he needs to be treated just like any other member of the squad, he’s not a competition winner.
