We as fans are very bad for getting a figure and then assuming it's all cash, all paid at once. Realistically this is probably £10m in total with add-ons and all that, I'd also imagine we're doing a very similar thing like we did with McNeil where we're paying pennies up front. All Villa care about is the book value for FFP, they're not actually strapped for cash at all, this works for everyone. On our case we're both PSR poor and regular poor (for the time being) so in selling players we actually would need cash largely up front.
