I dont think i have hated an everton player so much in my 23 years of supporting us.

Not even the likes of Carl Tiler and Mitch Ward managed to wind me up so much (mind i was only 12 at the time).

The same goes for a manager, iv never wanted a manager out of our club but i want this one gone asap!

Its the Howard situation that started the grumbles and the weaknesses at the back and its spread through to the fans and the team and now its got so big and he still persists with him!

Agree. Howard should have been in control in that situation. A simple hand up and shout NO! means stonsey put's it out, Or if Howard had made a move towards stonsey he could have hoofed it into row z. He did neither. This guy is supposed to be in goal because he is a leader on and of the pitch. I see nothing but a rabbit caught in the headlights with Howard.

If he had even a shred of awareness he would have noticed where Ayew was and went towards the ball instead of taking a step back, there was no danger until he stepped back.

Not sure how people can blame Stones on this, my Nan could have cleared that ball in plenty of time.

I think people comparing stonsey to rio Ferdinand and others is fine but now the press are using it as a stick to beat him with. The difference between them is, rio had a competent keeper to help him and communicate with, instead of a mute liability.

The fact that it even would have been close to Ayew getting there makes it a no no pass. What value was possibly going to be gained. It was all risk and no reward. I think it's now reached consensus that Howard needs to be dropped. He's lost a lot in the way of athleticism, doesn't trust himself, and his technique was not refined enough to let him continue on after losing his athletic ability. However, using a poor keeper to cover up for the golden boy's mistakes is wrong. Stones overall defending this term has been crap, and he takes too many risks in dangerous situations. That pass should have never been made. Simple as.

Has anyone the new show Uncompromising on Fox1? They feature Tim Howard.

I caught some of it. I would imagine if you already hate Tim then it wont go on to change your mind but it does present him as a human being deserving of some basic respect.

He can be the soundest fella in the world mate, still just as gash a keeper.

He's also not sound tho. I think that's very clear.

I don't understand why people hate him ?

What's he done that's so appalling other than decline in ability like most footballers in their late 30s ?

He's been here long enough that you'd think our fans would have some respect for him.

It's all a bit weird and over the top tbh. Doesn't make some our fans come across that well either.
