i don't see teams score headers from corners from 3 yards out in the premier league, whether they're marked or not - but i've seen it twice in our last two games.

No, it really doesn't. Liverpool had entirely too much time on the ball in the attacking third. We're lucky that their finishing wasn't very good and that Jagielka made a lot of last-ditch clearances.

Mate I ain't arsed now as your either a massive wum or have some strange love for Howard so he can never do wrong in your eyes. Like I said I answered them ages ago but you fail to answer mine cause it would kill you that Howard made an error!

No matter what way you dress it up Howard should have stopped what was a very tame header.

If he had even done his usual star jump the ball would have hit one of his extremities.

He just sodding stood there.

Had we won the game you wouldn't feel the need to look towards your go to scapegoat guy from a disappointing result.

It's a bit weird this obsession you have with nitpicking Howard and totally over looking the shocking defending in front of him.

Barkley pisses me off with his defense on set pieces. We just have to accept that Howard will always be a liability in this area and mark better. We lose our man too often in the box.
