I can't find any stats that show Howard flying out of his box to slide tackle Jagielka, go absailing on his 6 yard line against Stoke and Arsenal, or mistake Andre Ayew for a football and leather him across County Road. I asked for current stats, not ones from last season. No one apart from Dougie has claimed he was anything but dreadful last season.

He's been far better this season than last, yes. Robles has improved even more, though, and that's why he's first choice now.

I doubt you'll find many who agree with you there. Throw any stats around you want, the guys been very poor this year. Decent servant without question, but he got the yips and was arrogant too. Won't miss the bloke one bit.
