Tim Howard

He was terrible for the first goal. If you come all the way out you need to get there quickly and get the ball. He did neither and got nowhere near it.

It was a mistake by jags but when you make a mistake like that you should still have your keeper as the last line of defence not some mentalist who slide past them all and left an open net.

I thought jags was great today apart from that mistake.

CB's make mistake, especially ones that have been out for two months. David De Gea, Courtois, Cech, Hart all bail out their defenders mistakes, ours makes even worse mistakes and looks like an utter idiot in the process.

Okay mate.

It was like deja vu when that ball was dropping out of the air and I saw it was Jags facing his goal with the striker on his shoulder. I didnt expect the complete mess that came, but I was dreading Jags doing what he has done so many times before.

Still want Howard to join the Orlando Disneyballers or whatever team is looking for him though

Think a fully match fit Jags would have usually dealt with Fabregas' ball over the top, but ultimately Howard could see the play developing, the ball was in the air a long time and (i) he did not react quickly enough and (ii) have the physical presence to deny Costa so I'm afraid it has to go down to him.

That Chelsea video of a fan thanking Tim for the point when he thought his team were going to get beat easy!
Says what the majority of what our fans think really until we see Robles have a run in the team we will never know ?

He's so flawed it's painful to watch. Today was grim from him yet again.

His occasional howler has become a mainstay of his game, he's past it and even Colin would be able to spot it.

Drop him ffs Martinez it's got beyond a joke.
