Or let him go on a free- save three years wages!

We tried that i think with McGeady :)

Id guess £1-2mil for Howard would be the deal and they would make the money back very quickly based on his profile over there.

As another poster commented, its most likely to be a deal done now and he moves at the end of the season.

If that was the case i think the fans would get such a major lift from that and also Robles as well the positivity around the place would go up and also Howard himself may also up his game knowing hes off at the end of the season and wanting to finish with us on a good note.

I also think some fans would give Martinez a lot of credit for this as opposed to calling him out for playing howard.

Somehow I doubt that Colorado would pay him the same as he earns here. But his going will make
us stronger.

Howard had a good game at City but Chelsea will pepper him with high balls. After all,
who can forget his last minute cock-up at the Bridge last season.

I doubt he'd go to the rapids... they're pretty awful.
Their star player is Sean St. Ledger

That said, I'm off to Denver on Monday and will be there for transfer deadline day... will share anything I hear when meeting up the the Denver Evertonians

Sounds like he'd be a perfect fit then tbh
