It was a fluke but if you see a keeper on his six yard box with his finger stuck up his backside if he had been a few yards off his line it was a flukey lob from ten yards a lucky goal I admit, but again why is he stood on his six yard line????
Further back and he would have had a chance to tip it over the bar he never moved he was so far out of position!

I know we're all blaming howard after a bad loss at home (still haven't recovered) but the people still defending him need to just realise that he has more howlers than good saves now. Surely that's a good reason to give Robles a go?

I've never really rated him, he seems to create a panic with the defence who always flap (aswell as Tim) when we're under the cosh. Time to go.

Thanks for the memories. Semi final v utd penalties, the last gasp saves etc over the years but if we want to keep hold of lukaku, stones, Barkley then we need to be ruthless and drop howard who is not good enough anymore.

A new keeper= A more confident defence. It's not an opinion it's a fact

If the keeper he wants isnt available till summer then he has to play Joel or spend more money to get his target in.

In the same way Martyn kept us in the league in a season, if one of the lower clubs had Howard in goal they would be below Villa.
