Tim Howard

Hopefully. Just watched back that first goal for Leicester. Couldnt tell if Howard was at fault from where I was sitting today. But its hideous goalkeeping! Enough is enough as he's costing us.

This might sound dramatic but I'm not renewing my season ticket until Tim Howard is dropped, Tim has been a fantastic goalkeeper for Everton but unfortunately he is no longer good enough. We have a goalkeeper on the bench who is BETTER than him, If Martinez does not drop him now there is seriously something wrong. He cannot catch a ball, he is simply not tall enough to be effective in our own area. He's terrible on the ball. (fair enough that wasn't an issue under Moyes but the way we play now it is vital that our goalkeeper is comfortable on the ball) Robles is exactly that, Since Tim came back in we have conceded four goals. Every one of them goal was Tim Howards fault. Its one thing making the odd mistake but Howard is costing us points on a weekly basis now and it not acceptable!!! We have a BETTER goalkeeper on the bench and he needs to come in now. Howard has had his day and as I said before, he's been a great goalkeeper for us but he's lost it. Robles is the best goalkeeper at the club, He needs to play, NOW!!! We were excellent 2nd half going forward today, created loads of chances, done enough to win the game but Howards mistakes have left us chasing the game yet again. Its time for JOEL

he has been sh!t since his head turned upside down... he seems to find it amusing how crap he is the banana footed stumbling bumbling clown

It's not Howard's fault he is getting a game you know. He is trying his best.
Direct your anger towards the appropriate source...

I reckon Robles would have played on Thursday anyway.

Howard against Arsenal of course because our manager needs his head smashed in. In a nice way.

See I thought that would have been a definite, what with it being a 'dead-rubber' and all
But now with all the negative attention I can totally imagine Roberto doing what he did in the FA cup and playing Howard because he needs to get his confidence back
And then like in the FA cup we collapse out of the tournament

Couldn't agree more, as mentioned in the post, Howard has been fantastic for us, Yes he has made the mistakes but at the end of the day he shouldn't have been on the pitch to make them. That's what worries me!!!

What in the holy hell is even trying to do there? Didnt look that bad from my seat, looked more like the cross was closer to the goal and he was trying not to let it drop under the bar, thats even worse than I thought!

Robles plucks that with no trouble.

Because he lost flight of the ball and panicked, it put us under more pressure. The ball was lofted into where he should be to catch it, unopposed as all he had was blue shirts around him

There was a moment today where he sliced the ball badly and gave them a throw in deep in our half.

Forgivable of course, but the camera panned in and he was having a right laugh about it.

I dont get that. He should be angry with himself, not having a gliggle. Since the world cup, he seems to think he's better than he is and he's past the point of being self-critical.
