I live in Alaska, a very small town in the largest US state. Let me tell you this, Everton FC will probably be getting around 17,000 (our population) orders for Tim Howard shirts. Everton are BIG here now let me tell you, they couldn't believe it when I also spread the word today that the two players who brought about USA's downfall were also Everton players.
