One that is made to bear the blame of others.

His mistakes are his own, and constant, ergo he can't be a scape goat.

People are blaming him for HIS OWN mistakes not that of others.

So obviously you don't understand.
I agree, but if your keeper is playing iffy it affects the whole team - particularly the defence - RM is solely to blame by dropping a keeper who was in form with clean sheets!
Other players get criticised, but T H is not a N o 1 Keeper We looked devoid of confidence last night - we have to change things all round I agree with you, but TH is TH bear who needs dropping first then Barry!

Joey, cannot see RM dropping his no 1 GK or no 1 DM.

When quizzed on Howards form

"Tim is a magnificent professional and has been in a good moment of form, he has regained fitness and is a phenomenal goalkeeper, he has bounced back from the Leicester game and I cannot have asked for more from him."

Jesus christ
A Manager close to the sack me thinks!

Faith is such an overrated virtue. In fact, it is should not be considered a virtue. Martinez's faith in the likes of Barry and Howard and playing football in the same manner is the reason why we are imploding so spectacularly. When something is not working, you change it. The management of our club is not working. We should change it. Last season was an anomaly in Martinez's record as a manager. He clearly is not cut out in the Premier League. He'll be better off managing in Europe.

Yeah best in the PL at one time. Not now though. Maybe we should go for the Bolton keeper Bogdan. He is available and looks decent to me.

Best what lad ?
He was a good shot stopper when younger, SAF would not have dispensed with his services for nothing!
He has never been a area commanding Keeper, and at 35 years old he is noww being found out- his World Cup game with all those He was talked about that much Alan shearer told the UK how to beat him with a shot as he dive or drops down before the striker has a shot it's been down hill all season for him imo!
