I don't see how anyone can say he had a good game. The saves he made where bang average, and you would expect any keeper to make them.

How many times must we see howard mis-kick a ball straight to the other team, and put us right under pressure?

The shot was half a yard from his hand, he hasnt got a clue where his posts are, gets beat at the near post far to often

how can you be so judgmental on joel when howard puts on a clinic on how to be bang average and terrified. Beyond me.

Nothing he could have done about the goal really - decent punch in a crowd then an unlucky deflection.

The saves he made I'd expect every keeper in the league to make and it's still a ridiculous decision to drop Robles for him, but if we're looking for people to pin some sort of blame on we should be looking at Martinez and Barry.

Agree. I thought Howard had a very good game. That goal they got was just one 'of those things' (ironically, just like the goal they saved)
