He moved around the goal line like a lion tonight, a refreshing change from Herman Munster in goal.
chelsea gained a win for it mate, if that counts?Dropping Robles for him was honestly the most pointless decision ever, I don't see what anybody gained from it, at all.
how can you be so judgmental on joel when howard puts on a clinic on how to be bang average and terrified. Beyond me.As if Howard was to blame for us getting beat tonight, desperate times for people who are trying to pin the blame on him.

Nothing he could have done about the goal really - decent punch in a crowd then an unlucky deflection.
The saves he made I'd expect every keeper in the league to make and it's still a ridiculous decision to drop Robles for him, but if we're looking for people to pin some sort of blame on we should be looking at Martinez and Barry.
punching it out like a tart, and not even bothering to stick his hand out. What did he do wrong that cost us a goal?
I just don't see why he couldn't have reached his hand out to save that shot.
Agree. I thought Howard had a very good game. That goal they got was just one 'of those things' (ironically, just like the goal they saved)As if Howard was to blame for us getting beat tonight, desperate times for people who are trying to pin the blame on him.
